Magnesium taurate is the first choice in magnesium
Magnesium taurate is categorized as organically bound and amino acid chelated. It is a combination of magnesium and the amino acid l-taurine.

Amino acid chelated
The best forms we know are amino acid chelated such as taurate, malate and bisglycinate. Due to the binding to an amino acid, the structure is so strong that our gastric juice cannot split the form. The amino acids work as a protective layer for the mineral so that our body can absorb it well.
