Strawberry Powder Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon of Mattisson strawberry powder
  • 1 frozen banana (for extra creaminess)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (or plant-based yogurt for a vegan version)
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or other plant-based milk of choice)
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional, depending on your sweetness preference)
  • Ice cubes (optional, for extra cold and texture)
  • A few fresh strawberries for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Add the strawberry powder , frozen banana, Greek yogurt and almond milk to a blender.
  2. Blend until well combined and the smoothie has a creamy consistency. Add a few ice cubes for extra refreshment if desired.
  3. Taste the smoothie and, if desired, add a little honey or maple syrup for extra sweetness.
  4. Pour the smoothie into a glass and garnish with fresh strawberries or a little extra strawberry powder on top.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy this nutritious and delicious strawberry powder smoothie!
