At the end of an active day, the Multi Night Woman Sport offers further support for your lifestyle. Important nutrients in the night formula are the fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K) and calcium from red algae. In addition, ginger root and passion flower should not be missing in the night variant.
The Multi Night Sport Woman contains a vitamin D dosage of 20 mcg. This means that outside the winter months it is often not necessary to supplement this vitamin separately in addition to the Multi Day & Night Woman Sport.
With calcium from red algae
Red algae have a special structure that allows them to absorb minerals from seawater, including a considerable amount of calcium. This calcareous algae has the appropriate name chalk weed in English. In addition to calcium, the red algae also contains other valuable minerals such as magnesium, potassium, phosphorus and iron.

Usage
Take 1 tablet daily. Preferably in the evening 2 hours before bedtime. Stick to the recommended dosage. Not suitable for children under 1 year.
