Usage
Multi Day:
Take 1 tablet in the morning with breakfast.
This formula provides nutrients that are good for energy, muscles, concentration and memory.
Multi Night:
Take 1 tablet in the evening. Preferably 2 hours before bedtime. This formula provides nutrients that support the development of muscle, nerve and brain tissue.
This nutritional supplement is not suitable for children under 17 years of age.
