Creatine in food
Creatine is a substance that occurs naturally in our body. We can partly obtain it from food, but our body can also produce it from the amino acids arginine, glycine and methionine. The amounts that we find in food are relatively low. For comparison: 1 scoop of Creatine Monohydrate contains 3 grams of creatine. For this you would have to eat 300 grams of herring or 700 grams of beef every day.

Mechanism of action of creatine
During high-intensity exercise, our body uses ATP as an energy source. However, the supply of ATP in our cells is limited and must be replenished quickly. Creatine phosphate plays a crucial role in the rapid regeneration of ATP.
Our own body produces creatine phosphate, although research shows that we can increase the creatine phosphate supply in the muscles by an average of 20% with creatine supplementation. This increased supply ensures more muscle strength during physical exertion.
Extremely fine & pure powder (100% pure)
Research shows that creatine monohydrate is the best form of creatine. In this form, each creatine molecule is bound to a water molecule, making this form more stable. In addition, this form is highly soluble and can be easily absorbed by the body.
Micronized to 200 mesh
Our creatine powder is extremely fine and pure, it is micronized to a particle size of 200 mesh. This means that the powder is made so fine that it fits through a special sieve, a so-called “200 mesh” sieve. This term indicates that the sieve has 200 openings per square inch. Neutral taste & easily soluble

Better absorption with proteins and sugars
Research suggests that creatine is absorbed more efficiently when you take it with sugars. This is likely due to insulin, a substance your body produces when you eat sugars and proteins. Insulin allows our cells to absorb sugars from our blood, but it also appears to improve the absorption of creatine.
