Product Description

Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera Dunal) is one of the most important herbs in Ayurveda, the traditional medicine in India. The herb has been known for centuries in Indian medicine.

Ingredients & dosage
Take 1-2 capsules daily. Stick to the recommended dosage.

Ingredients : Ashwagandha (KSM-66 ^® ) ( milk ), HPMC (capsule), microcrystalline cellulose (bulking agent), Piperine (Bioperine ^® ), silicon dioxide (anti-caking agent).

Contains no: GMO, gluten, yeast, lactose, sugar, artificial colors, flavors or preservatives.

Consult your doctor or pharmacist before use if you are taking antidepressants, have liver disease, have a thyroid disorder and/or are taking thyroid hormones. Caution is advised when using medication that promotes the production of serotonin (especially antidepressants). Ashwagandha can increase the effect of these medicines.
