Royal Green Vitamin B complex provides 100% certified organic B vitamins together with a unique combination of silicon, lavender, rhodiola, reishi, turmeric, ginger and black pepper.

Folate contributes to resistance to temporary stress and provides support in cases of tiredness and fatigue.
Vitamins B1 and B3 are good for mental balance and, like vitamins B2 and B5, support energy levels.

Ingredients
Vit B mix* (from guava (Psidium guajava), holy basil (Ocimum tenuiflorum) and lemon (Citrus limon) extracts), capsule/thickener: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, lavender extract* (Lavandula officinalis), rhodiola rosea extract*, reishi* (Ganoderma lucidum), ginger* (Zingiber officinale), turmeric* (Curcuma longa), anti-caking agent: magnesium carbonate, bamboo extract* (Bambusa arundinacea), sunflower oil* (Helianthus annuus), black pepper* (Piper nigrum).

May contain soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish, gluten, sesame, sulphites, nuts, celery and molluscs.

Usage
1 capsule per day, preferably with a meal.

Not suitable for children under 18 years.
Do not use during pregnancy and lactation.
Consult your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking anticoagulants (anti-clotting agents) at the same time and if you have biliary or liver disorders.
No prolonged use without expert advice.
