Orthica Mineral Max

Mineral Max contains 500 mg calcium and 250 mg magnesium per tablet. Calcium and magnesium, in addition to manganese, zinc and vitamin D, play an important role in bone formation. For people who consume few dairy products, it makes sense to take Mineral Max. Adult men and women (19-50 years) need an average of 1000 milligrams (= 1 gram) of calcium per day. This corresponds to 4 to 5 glasses of milk. The recommended daily amount of magnesium for adult men (19-50 years) is 300-350 mg and for adult women 250-350 mg per day.
