Usage
1-3 x daily 10 grams of Probiotic AlkaGreens powder (1 large scoop) dissolved in water, fruit juice or mixed with a SuperSmoothie. Preferably take half an hour before a meal.

Matcha contains caffeine, not suitable for children and pregnant women.

Ashwagandha:
Be careful when using thyroid medication.
