Biotona Extra Premium Matcha
- Biotona Bio Extra Premium Matcha is a refined green tea from Japan. The top product from the ancient tea culture was for a long time only intended for the privileged classes. Matcha is made exclusively from young tea leaves, traditionally picked by hand at the beginning of May (the first harvest). 4 weeks before the harvest, the tea bushes are shaded with tarpaulins. The harvested tea leaves are ground into an ultra-fine powder with granite stone mills. This processing and the organic cultivation result in a bright green, excellent tea with a sweet and "umami" taste.
Storage instructions
Store at room temperature (15-25ºC) in a dry, dark place. Keep out of reach of young children.
Instructions for use
In a bowl, add 70-100 ml of warm water (just before boiling; 80°C) to 1/2 teaspoon (or 2 bamboo spoons) of Biotona Bio Extra Premium Matcha and whisk (with a bamboo whisk) until frothy. Can also be used in smoothies and shakes.
