To obtain vitamin B complex from food, it is important to follow a varied diet. Foods that contain vitamin B complex are animal products, green leafy vegetables, legumes, nuts and seeds. The use of nutritional supplements is always a supplement to a balanced diet.

Ingredients: Choline bitartrate, HPMC (Capsule), Calcium pantothenate (Vitamin B5), Niacinamide (Vitamin B3), L-Taurine, Para-aminobenzoic acid (PABA), Inositol, Thiamine HCl (Vitamin B1), Riboflavin-5-phosphate (Vitamin B2), Trimethylglycine, magnesium stearate (anti-caking agent), Pyridoxal-5-phosphate (Vitamin B6), microcrystalline cellulose (bulking agent), silicon dioxide (anti-caking agent), Quatrefolic® (5-MTHF glucosamine salt), Biotin (Vitamin B8), Methylcobalamin (Vitamin B12), Adenosylcobalamin (Vitamin B12).

Contains no: GMO, gluten, yeast, lactose, sugar, artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.

Dosage and Use

Take 1 capsule daily. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

Not suitable for children under 17 years of age.

Keep out of the reach and sight of young children. Store in a dry, dark place at room temperature (15 – 25 °C).
